Transformational redevelopment of a warehouse site

Introducing 100 one, two and three bedroom residential units, set over seven floors, of which 100% have been designated affordable. This major development, in partnership with The Guinness Partnership, forms part of the Alperton regeneration scheme.

Heart of the Alperton Growth Area

This scheme reflects the values and goals of Brent’s mixed-use regeneration efforts along the Grand Union Canal, helping to meet the borough’s ambitious housing targets for 2026.

Plans include thoughtfully created landscaped gardens, plus additional cycle parking facilities to accommodate growing demand for sustainable commuting options, and improved pedestrian routes to the Grand Union Canal towpath.

The scheme will also embrace the concept of ‘maker spaces’, by delivering 12,000 sq ft of commercial space. Offering a mixture of flexible, modern workspaces, it will give fresh opportunities for the local community to work and thrive in the area.

Work on site started in Spring 2022 and completion is expected in Spring 2024.
