Woolbro Group is a family-owned business specialising in residential development and commercial investment.

A PROUD HISTORY

Founded in 1935 by Eric and Sydney Woolman, we started as a commercial investment company in Yorkshire.

Our journey into property development began with an approach built on integrity, trust and a commitment to excellence.

Now led by brothers Ben and David Woolman, we are proud to continue that legacy, while adapting to the trends of tomorrow.

Ben Woolman

Born and raised in Yorkshire before moving to London, Ben took over the family business in 2013, having gained experience at Tesco and Savills.

David Woolman

“We’re proud to deliver the highest quality new and affordable homes and to have a positive impact on life in local communities”.

David qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013, before moving to London and joining Ben in the continued growth of Woolbro Homes. He previously worked for a leading UK property investment and development company in Leeds, and holds a Master’s in Real Estate Management.
